This is one of the oldest 'submit your own content' websites in existence.... as such, there are lot of little rules. If you'd like your artwork to appear here => http://www.newgrounds.com/art you have to produce at least 4 finished, preferably colored pieces... then an already 'scouted' artist can 'scout' you, then you'll have the option to post your work to the Art Portal, where more ppl will see it!
